Workshops To Date Pilot Projects Pupil Development Centre Rural Primary School Sidley CP Primary School Older People Other Settings Workshop ProposalRePlay Theatre uses Playback theatre and other forms of interactive theatre. The actors, using drama and music, will spontaneously re-enact various moments and longer stories told by those who attend the workshop. Involvement is entirely optional whether you choose to tell a story, play some music, act or observe, you should find the workshop, different, fun and a way to connect with others. The workshop will be adapted to the user group and it is important for the needs of each group to be identified prior to booking. The form of RePlay Theatre can benefit many different groups, any age, in any community setting. We offer workshops for children, young people, older people and those with special needs (various) RePlay can be used at conferences, for team building, fundraising, celebrations, gives freedom of expression, empowerment, and is inclusive. "The ordinary can become extraordinary; an experience is heard, seen and valued. Others can connect through the shared experience." Cost will be negotiated depending on funds available, the time commitment, and travel costs. We look for joint funding if possible when working with the target groups and if we have current funding available to us. Single or a series of workshops are available. The team of actors practice on a regular basis, meet to plan and train as volunteers. Workshop duration to include warm ups, the story telling and enactment, discussion 1 –2 hours plus a debrief with the workshop organisers is needed. Cost minimum £100 - £ 300.
